Story
Tatari Trends is a new political risk consultancy with expertise in Eurasia. We help clients navigate a rapidly changing world in an uncertain era of renewed great power competition.
Tatari Trends is named after a street in Tallinn, Estonia, where a Tatar colony settled in Russian Empire days. Tatars are a Turkic people from Russia. In Estonian and many other languages, they lend their name to Fagopyrum esculentum, commonly known as buckwheat, a staple crop across Eurasia.
My name is
Andres Loretdemola
I am fluent in all six UN languages (Russian, Chinese, Arabic, French, Spanish and English) and have lived in China, Estonia, Jordan, Ireland, Mexico and the United States. These experiences provide the basis for sound geopolitical analysis.
